  11. Try moving the transformer and power cord to a location away from your
  12. monitor.  You are getting magnetic interference.  It is probably 60 Hz, not
  13. really radio frequency radiation from the *modem*, just a little stray
  14. electromagnetism from the AC *transformer/cord*....  Let us know if this
  15. helps.  -Meir
